I am a writer and I am working with the MNC as a senior writer. I am doing my job for 5 years. I am currently doing my Ph.D. also. Due to this hectic schedule and tough life, I am suffering from insomnia. Sleep is an important factor for being active and healthy, due to the lack of sleep I am losing my health. And with bad health, I can’t work properly. Stress can also be a reason for insomnia, I was under the severe stress of not getting my desired job in Best CIPD writing Singapore due to some personal issues. My treatment is going on and I am taking sleeping pills too. But I don’t want to take pills as it will make me habitual of it.
