Rest assured that we are doing everything possible to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The health and well-being of our clients and staff is of paramount importance to us. All staff are wearing masks to protect you, and gloves are changed between consultations. Hand sanitiser is used and offered as much as possible, and all benches and chairs are wiped with Clinells between clients.


If you have arrived from overseas in the past 14 days, if you have a fever or a cough, or if you have been in contact with a known COVID-19 case, please phone for advice, but do not come in. We can deliver or post any items you need.


If you have a problem that you need to bring to our attention, please call us first, as we can solve many issues over the phone. We also have access to Zoom, which enables us to see your problem. And of course, you can send us a photo of what you need and we can have it ready for you to pick up. If you must come in, please allow a two metre space between all other people on the premises.


If you have problems getting through on the phone, it is because we are extremely busy, and cannot get to the call. Please leave a message or call Helen on 0436 141400.
